This course will satisfy all of the requirements of 90 hours of instruction in required real estate subjects, and help students prepare to take the licensing exam. Topics covered: Brokerage & Laws of Agency; Valuation & Economics; Finance, Property Ownership, Transfer & Use; Applied Practices, and Nevada Real Estate Law.
Real Estate Law ● 45 Hours
Nevada Real Estate Law ● 18 Hour
This is a separate course, which meets the educational requirements for those license applicants who have had other educational requirements met with course work in other states and need only take Nevada Real Estate Law. Topics Covered: Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 645 and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) 645 - Brokers; Salesman; Intermediaries, General Provisions. NRS 119 and NAC 119 - Sale of Subdivided Land. NRS 119A and NAC 119A - Time Shares.

Q. What times are the classes instructed ?
A. Pre Licensing Courses are held Monday thru Friday, from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
Q. Will a certificate be issued ?
A. Upon successfully completion of the course and passing a comprehensive final exam with a score of at least 75 % or higher you will be issued a certificate of completion. This will be your certificate that you will need to provide to NRED.
